1. Your agreement with us

These policies cover Soul Sketch memberships and optional digital purchases sold by Kryvu LLC through our Stripe checkout. An existing purchase made through Hotmart keeps the price, renewal schedule and purchase terms shown when that order was placed.

Soul Sketch is a digital entertainment and personal-reflection service operated by Kryvu LLC, a United States company. By completing a purchase or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Contact us at support@soul-sketch.com.

2. The digital experience

The membership provides access to the portrait and guidance features described in your offer, such as personalized illustrations, horoscope or tarot content, compatibility insights and reflection activities. Availability of individual content can depend on the information you provide and your account access.

Illustrations and readings use artificial intelligence. Luna is the persona in the original funnels; Selene is the AI reflection guide in the app. The content is creative entertainment: it does not identify a real future partner, predict events with certainty or guarantee a relationship, health improvement or any other life outcome. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the service and your generated content for personal purposes. You do not acquire ownership of our software, trademarks or third-party materials. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, impersonate someone, or use the service unlawfully.

3. Introductory offers and monthly billing

Each funnel presents one of these offers. The amount and introductory period shown immediately before payment determine your purchase. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Months are calendar months, not fixed four-week periods; when a month has no matching date, billing falls on its last day.

Completing the purchase authorizes Kryvu LLC and Stripe to store your payment method and charge the initial amount and subsequent recurring amounts on that schedule. Your card issuer may apply exchange-rate or foreign-transaction fees. Any applicable tax charged by us must be included in the total shown before you confirm payment.

Charges may appear as KRYVU LLC, with a payment-processor prefix or suffix. A payment decline does not itself cancel a membership. Access can be interrupted while a payment remains unpaid. A later price change will be communicated before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel and any additional consent required by applicable law.

4. AI credits and included allowances

When available, AI-credit packages are separate one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and are not included in the membership unless the offer explicitly includes them. For Selene, US$1 purchases 10 credits and one successfully delivered AI response beyond its included allowance uses one credit. Packs are US$5, US$10, US$20, US$50 and US$100. Five Selene chat replies are included during the introductory period, followed by five with each paid monthly renewal. A failed renewal does not refresh this allowance. Unused included replies do not roll over. Existing Hotmart or manually granted access without a Stripe invoice follows the calendar-month allowance. One initial birth-chart relationship profile is included once per account. Each active account also includes 2 dream interpretations, 8 journal reflections, 2 journal summaries and up to 5 birth-chart weekly readings per calendar month. These other monthly feature allowances reset on the first day at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Each new AI response after its feature allowance costs one credit, shown before requesting it. Writing, the calculated birth chart and rereading saved content do not consume credits. Existing purchased balances and previously granted credits are preserved. Failed generations release the reserved credit; a request interrupted by a technical failure may take a few minutes to reconcile. An active membership is required to use these AI features; purchasing credits does not extend membership access.

Credits are for use within Soul Sketch, have no cash-withdrawal value and are not transferable between accounts. Buying credits does not change or cancel a membership. A referral earns 20 extra credits after a new customer makes their first paid purchase through your link within 30 days. One reward per customer; self-referrals do not qualify. Refunds and disputes reverse the reward, including credits already spent. Rewards have no cash or affiliate commission value. Optional My Crush profile

A My Crush profile slot costs US$9.90 once, confirmed separately before payment. It does not add a monthly charge. An active Soul Sketch membership is required to view and update the profile. Removing its birth details keeps the purchased slot available for another profile. A refunded or disputed slot purchase can remove access to that extra. Its chart and daily sky are symbolic interpretations, not statements about another person’s actual thoughts or feelings.

5. Delivery and account access

The service is delivered digitally through your Soul Sketch account. Use the same email address for your purchase and account. Keep your login secure and provide an email you can receive messages at. See Digital Delivery for access, generation timing and delivery support.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation before the next billing date without a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund is a separate request. Your initial US$1 or US$9 payment has our 30-day money-back guarantee. Full instructions and the treatment of recurring charges are in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Your information

The Privacy Policy explains account storage, AI processing, payments and marketing technologies. The Cookies & Browser Storage Policy describes device storage and advertising identifiers. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive information in a reading or ordinary support message.

8. Service changes and your rights

We may maintain or improve features and may suspend misuse or unauthorized access. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of AI-generated content. If a material service problem prevents delivery, contact support for a remedy under our refund policy and applicable law.

These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not remove your right to contact your bank, a regulator or a competent court. We will identify material changes to these terms and obtain additional consent where required; a policy update does not authorize a retroactive charge.
