1. Cancel online or contact support
For Stripe purchases, open Billing & access, sign in with your purchase email, and choose “Manage card, invoices or cancellation.” Complete the cancellation in the secure billing portal. Your already paid period remains available until it ends.
Email support@soul-sketch.com from the email used for the purchase. State that you want to cancel your Soul Sketch membership. Include a receipt or order reference if you have one; a password, full card number or CVC is never required.
For assistance, email our support team. Opening your email app alone does not submit a request; send the email to contact us.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Send the request before your next billing date to stop that renewal. The seven-day offer first renews seven days after signup; the first-month offer first renews one calendar month after signup. Subsequent charges are monthly.
We use the time your identifiable cancellation request is received, rather than the time a support agent replies, when reviewing whether it was made before renewal. We confirm cancellation by email after verifying the membership. If a charge is processed after a verified timely request because of a processing delay, contact us for correction.
3. Remaining access and fees
There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the already paid period and stops future recurring charges. A separately approved full refund or a serious account-security issue can end access earlier. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges that were already due; see Refund Policy.
4. Actions that do not cancel billing
Logging out, deleting a shortcut or app, clearing browser data, unsubscribing from marketing, or having a payment declined does not itself cancel your membership. If you request deletion of an account and also want billing stopped, say so in the same message so we can handle both requests.
5. Other purchases
A separately purchased chat-credit package is a one-time purchase and has no renewal to cancel. Purchases made through Hotmart retain their original terms and can be managed through Hotmart or with our support using the original order details.
