1. What is delivered
Soul Sketch is an online digital service. Your purchase provides the portrait and membership access described in the accepted offer. No physical portrait, parcel or printed item is shipped, and we do not charge physical shipping fees.
2. Where to access your purchase
Once a purchase is successfully paid and verified, access is associated with the email used at checkout. Sign in at Soul Sketch using that email, or create an account with the same email if you are a new user. A receipt or payment-return screen alone is not a substitute for confirmation of successful payment.
Generated content is displayed in your account. Any access or transaction emails are sent to the purchase email; check your spam folder if you are expecting one.
Scheduled portrait delivery
When scheduled delivery is displayed at checkout, standard portrait delivery is included within 12 hours after you submit your portrait details in the app. App access begins after payment confirmation. Your account displays the delivery time and keeps it across devices. No extra purchase is required to receive the portrait.
An optional US$5 express upgrade is a separate one-time payment for delivery within 30 minutes after its successful payment. It does not change your membership renewal or add a subscription. Existing purchases retain the delivery terms accepted at their checkout.
3. Generation and technical requirements
Some content is generated after you provide profile details or start a feature. Generation can take several minutes and may be delayed by provider availability, network problems or additional payment authentication. A current browser, internet connection and access to your email are required. We do not guarantee an exact number of seconds for AI generation.
4. Missing access or content
If payment was confirmed but access or content is missing, contact support@soul-sketch.com with your purchase email and receipt reference. Describe what you see on screen; do not include sensitive payment details.
We will investigate the payment/access link or generation error and work to restore the purchased service. If the service cannot be delivered, the Refund Policy and applicable consumer remedies apply.
5. Availability
The service is for adults. Some features or payment methods may be unavailable in particular countries or because of applicable restrictions. Only buy a service you can legally access. No purchase promises a real-world romantic match or a guaranteed personal outcome.
