Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Kryvu LLC operates the Soul Sketch Stripe experience and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact support@soul-sketch.com.

This policy covers the Stripe funnels and the related use of your Soul Sketch account. A Hotmart purchase also involves Hotmart and the disclosures attached to that purchase.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and account information, including name, email address, authentication identifiers and support correspondence.
• Quiz and profile answers, such as age, date of birth, optional birth time, city of birth and its coordinates/time zone, zodiac sign, preferences, relationship answers and content you enter into available reflection features.
• Optional images and generated portraits, reading results and account activity, such as completed activities.
• Purchase records: offer, transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription state and information necessary to handle billing, cancellation or a dispute.
• Technical and attribution data: device/browser information, server logs, IP addresses, visited pages, referral identifiers, campaign parameters and interactions with the funnel.

3. How and why we use information

We use the information to create and maintain your account, personalize and deliver content, process purchases, provide support, investigate errors or misuse, measure the funnel and meet recordkeeping obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the purpose: performance of your requested service, applicable legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or your consent where required. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn without canceling your paid service.

Reading inputs can reveal personal matters. Share only what is necessary for the experience. We do not need medical records, government identifiers or bank credentials to generate content.

4. Storage, photos and AI content

We use both browser storage and server-side databases. Account information, funnel contacts, answers and generated content can be stored using Supabase. Content associated with a signed-in account can synchronize between devices; it is not exclusively stored on your device.

An optional selfie captured in the quiz is saved in browser storage. In the current portrait-generation flow, appearance preferences are sent to the generation provider; that quiz selfie is not part of the portrait API request. Clearing browser storage removes the local copy, but does not by itself delete server-side account records.

Generated portraits can be stored as hosted media and delivered using media URLs. Anyone with a public media URL may be able to open it, so avoid sharing a portrait link if you want to keep it to yourself.

Dreams, journal entries, generated reflections, saved tarot cards and conversations are stored in your account history. Selene uses the current conversation and any record you explicitly attach. Cross-conversation memory is optional: you can inspect, edit, disable or erase that memory in the app. Erasing the memory note does not erase past conversations. Weekly reflections use your saved records from the previous seven days only when you enable that option. Operational usage events record feature names and usage counts, not the text of your dreams, journal, conversations or memory.

Your birth details and calculated chart are stored privately in your account. If you use My Crush, its nickname and birth details are stored separately in that same private account. Only provide details you have permission to use. You can remove that profile in My Crush; past chats you chose to create remain until deleted separately. Relationship profiles and weekly chart reflections use calculated planetary positions. The chart calculations run on our server; AI generates the explanatory text. When you choose to discuss your chart with Selene, the calculated placements are attached to that conversation. You can edit or remove the chart in Birth details. Removing it also removes its saved chart readings and stops new chart context from being attached; previously saved journal entries and conversations remain until you delete them separately.

AI requests are handled through KIE AI and the model providers used for the selected feature. The request can include your instructions, relevant profile details and content needed to produce the result. Provider retention and processing terms also apply; we do not promise that third-party processing is temporary or that all providers have identical training policies.

5. Service providers and disclosures

• Stripe: card processing, fraud prevention and billing. Full card numbers and CVC are entered in Stripe-hosted fields, not stored by our application. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Supabase and Vercel: authentication, database/media storage, hosting and infrastructure.
• KIE AI and underlying model providers: generation of illustrations, readings and other AI content.
• Resend: service emails and, where applicable, permitted marketing messages.
• Video, analytics and advertising partners: the funnel includes technologies such as VTurb, EasyTracker, UTMify, NewsBreak and Meta attribution. These can receive device, interaction and campaign information when they run. Meta Pixel and Conversions API receive limited visit and purchase events, browser identifiers, and, when permitted, hashed email for matching. Quiz answers, birth details, portraits, dreams, journal entries and chats are not included in these Meta events. Details and controls are described in Cookies & Browser Storage.
• We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention, security and international processing

Information is kept for the service and the purposes above, including support, fraud investigation, accounting and legal obligations. Retention depends on the category and applicable obligation; we do not represent that everything is deleted immediately on cancellation. Local browser copies remain until cleared. Provider records and backups may have separate retention periods.

We use HTTPS for this website and restrict access to account data through authentication and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, they must be in place for that processing.

7. Choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Email support@soul-sketch.com from your account email and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify account ownership and will respond within the deadlines applicable to your request. Do not send a password or full card number. A record retained for a legal obligation may not be deletable immediately.

Marketing emails, when sent, include an unsubscribe mechanism. Essential account, receipt and billing communications are separate. Canceling a membership, unsubscribing from marketing and deleting account data are distinct actions; tell us if you want more than one.

8. Adults only and policy changes

Soul Sketch is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Material changes to this policy will be identified with an updated date and additional notice or consent where required.
